Kenny Ball and His Jazz Men
This year's Hamilton Live Music Festival opens as usual with the Headline act appearing at the Hamilton Town House on Friday evening at 7:30pm. This year the organisers are dellighted to bring you the legendary Kenny Ball and his Jazz Men. Celebrating their 50th Anniversary the Uk's most prolific chart topping jazz band is a must see for all music lovers.
Established over two decades ago, the quartet has over the past 15 years or so concentrated on providing Jazz in South Lanarkshire, mainly in the Hamilton and East Kilbride area, with occasional forays elsewhere for jazz festivals and some open air events. Returning for a thrird year this group can be seen at ML3+ on Sunday Evening.
Frank Holden interprets Sinatra
A first time visitor to The Hamilton Live Music Festival, Frank has been interpreting Sinatra for 12 years, Come along to Di Maggio's on Friday at 8:00pm to hear your favorite Sinatra songs.
Simon Atkinson & The Ben Marcato Trio
Established by Vocalist Simon Atkinson and Pianist & Arranger Allan Baillie this combo has seen its popularity steadily increase with performances throughout the UK and Europe at Festivals, Events and Concerts including appearances at the World's largest music Festival: Glastonbury where Simon & The Trio played the Glade Stage in both 2007 & 2008. First time visitors to Hamilton the band are in the Bay Horse on Saturday evening.

DUNCAN McCALLUM AND DOUGIE HARRISON return to the Clydesdale Hotel.
Michael Brawley's Big Band are at Hamilton Rugby Club on Sunday Afternoon
and The Michael Deans Jazz Quintet featuring the Ciancio Brothers are at Amigos.
